Securing & Configuring Your Premium Subdomain

Welcome! This guide outlines the step-by-step journey to securing your exclusive, lifetime-access subdomain. Because we share a single root domain, our onboarding process includes a quick vetting phase to ensure a safe, high-integrity ecosystem for all of our tenants.

Phase 1: Application & Vetting

Submit Application

Check the availability of your desired prefix (e.g., yourbrand.rootdomain.com) and submit your official application. Provide:

  • - Exact subdomain name
  • - Project/business description
  • - Contact info

Application Review

Our team will review your application to ensure the proposed prefix is available, does not infringe on existing trademarks, and aligns with our brand safety guidelines. You will receive an email update within 2–3 business days.

Discovery Interview

If provisionally accepted, you will be invited to a brief 15-minute video interview to verify your identity, discuss your project, ensure compliance with our strict Acceptable Use Policy, and select your service tier.

Choose Your Lease Tier

During or immediately after your interview, you will choose one of three implementation pathways:

Lease Tier Ideal For What You Get
Tier 1: Email Forwarding Brands that only want a professional email handle. Branded email forwarding to your personal inbox. No web hosting.
Tier 2: Email + Website Do-it-yourself creators needing mail and a website. Full 2-way email routing + managed DNS connection to your existing website or blog.
Tier 3: Custom Theme Professionals wanting a turnkey, hands-off solution. Everything in Tier 2 + a custom-built website theme completely set up and transferred to you.

Sign the Agreement & Pay the Flat Fee

We will issue your digital Lifetime Lease Agreement and a secure invoice for your one-time flat fee. As soon as the contract is signed and the funds have cleared, your technical configuration window opens.

Based on Your Tier

Phase 3: Technical Setup

Tier 1: Email Forwarding

This setup is purely internal. There is no web hosting or two-way sending attached to this tier.

Provide Your Target Email: Email us the personal or business email address where you want your mail delivered (e.g., yourname@gmail.com).
We Activate Routing: We will configure the root MX records and internal mail routing.
Go Live: Any email sent to anything@yourbrand.rootdomain.com (or a specific alias like contact@yourbrand.rootdomain.com) will seamlessly forward directly to your personal inbox.

Tier 2: Email + Website

Connect a fully functional send/receive mailbox and link your custom subdomain to your existing website or blog.

Mailbox Configuration: We set up the necessary DNS routing for two-way email communication with any supported mailbox provider.
Initiate the Connection: Log into your website platform's dashboard and navigate to the custom domain settings.
Enter Your Subdomain: Input your exact leased subdomain (e.g., blog.rootdomain.com) and save.
Retrieve DNS Records: Your platform will provide specific DNS records (usually CNAME or A records) required to verify ownership and route traffic to your site.
Send the Details to Us: Copy those exact DNS records and email them to our support team.
Finalize: We will manually inject these records into our DNS zone file. Once we confirm they are active, you can complete the connection in your platform's dashboard. Your site will go live under your premium subdomain!

Tier 3: Custom Theme

Enjoy a completely "done-for-you" digital identity. Sit back while we build the infrastructure and the website for you.

Brand Consultation: We work with you to understand your brand colors, typography, and desired layout for the website.
Theme Development: Our developers create a custom website theme tailored specifically to your aesthetic requirements on our supported platforms.
Mailbox & DNS Setup: We handle the entire backend. We configure the two-way email routing and perform the DNS injection required to connect the new site to your subdomain.
Account Transfer: Once everything is live and tested, we transfer full ownership and control of the completed website directly to your account.
